The tailor-made Corporate Wellbeing Program offers a unique opportunity for individuals and teams to develop the skills they need to achieve optimal wellbeing. This program is designed with cutting-edge, science-based tools and techniques that will help you and/or your team to navigate the challenges of the modern workplace, and build a strong foundation for overall health and wellness.

The program covers a wide range of topics, including the seven domains of wellbeing, mindfulness and breathing techniques, identifying personal character strengths and learning how to utilise them. With a focus on interactive learning, this program includes a variety of dyad and group activities that are designed to help build strength and resilience within yourself and your team.

Although my one-on-one offerings are female-centric, these corporate retreats are open to everyone and I am committed to creating a safe and welcoming space for all attendees.
