Hello, I'm Tracey-Anne 👋🏽
I work with Confidence, Anxiety & Stressors that impact general wellbeing. I understand that there is no "one size fits all" solution when it comes to wellness. That's why I use a variety of therapies, including Hypnotherapy, Life & Well-Being Coaching, Bowen therapy, Yin Yoga and more, to create personalised sessions and day immersions that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
My goal is to help you feel empowered, rejuvenated, and ready to take on life's challenges. So, whether you're looking to improve your mental health, physical wellbeing, stress management or simply need a little self-care, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

Coaching
Life & Wellbeing Coaching is an interactive process, where I support you to make changes, learn something new or achieve goals. The aim is to support you in making progress in an area of your life that you would like to make changes in or to overcome a problem that you are struggling with.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is now widely recognised, even amongst the medical profession, as an instrument to create effective long lasting change in the form of new responses, behaviours and feelings. I work with confidence, anxiety and stressors that impact general wellbeing. Hypnotherapy is used as a vehicle to bring about relief in these areas.
Bowen Therapy
Bowen Therapy, also known as the Bowen Technique, is a form of alternative therapy that aims to promote healing and relaxation in the body. Developed in the 1950s by Australian therapist Tom Bowen, the technique involves using gentle, rolling movements over specific areas of the body, such as muscles, tendons, and ligaments, to stimulate the body's natural healing response.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a slow-paced, meditative form of yoga that focuses on stretching and releasing the deeper connective tissues of the body, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia. Unlike other forms of yoga that focus on dynamic movement and building strength, yin yoga postures are held for longer periods of time, typically ranging from 3 to 5 minutes or longer.
