Deep Dive: A Full Day Immersion is an opportunity for you to focus on your emotional, physical, and cognitive wellbeing. This comprehensive program is designed to help you overcome any obstacles that may be preventing you from reaching your full potential. I will work with you to identify areas of your life where you may be feeling stuck or unfulfilled.

Through a series of interactive sessions, you will explore various therapies that will help you address these areas and move forward in a positive and healthy way. You will learn practical tools and techniques that you can use in your daily life to achieve optimal wellbeing. These tools include mindfulness practices, cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques, hypnotherapy, yin yoga and bowen therapy.

Wellbeing: Sessions for a Balanced Life

The 45 Minute Session: For a Balanced Life is a tailor-made coaching service that focuses on helping you align your personal goals with your unique blend of strengths and values. I will facilitate an embodied and mindful approach to bridging the gap between the ideal and the real.  Using science-based interventions from the field of Positive Psychology, CBT and/or hypnotherapy.

During the session, we will work together to identify your strengths and values, and align them with your personal and professional goals.

I will guide you through various practices including mindfulness, visualisation exercises, deep conversations and practical work; helping you build the right mindset, bridging the gap of where you are and where you want to be.

Blissful Yin: Yin Yoga Sessions

One Hour Yin Yoga Session is designed to help you achieve a deep state of relaxation and inner peace. Yin yoga is a slow-paced, meditative practice that involves holding poses for longer periods of time. This practice is perfect for those looking to unwind and release tension from both the body and the mind.

During my online yin yoga sessions, I will guide you through a sequence of poses that will lengthen and release tight muscles, improve flexibility, and promote overall well-being. Each session is carefully crafted to help you tap into your inner calm and quiet your mind, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and restored.

Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, these yin yoga sessions are suitable for all levels.

Release and Renew: Bowen Therapy Sessions

45 minute Bowen Therapy is a gentle and non-invasive therapy that targets specific points on the body to stimulate the body's natural healing response.

During your Bowen Therapy session, I will assess your needs and work with you to develop a customised treatment plan. She will use a variety of techniques to address any areas of tension or discomfort, using gentle rolling movements and targeted pressure.

Bowen Therapy can be used to treat a range of conditions, including back pain, neck pain, headaches, and more. It can also help to improve overall wellness and promote relaxation.

My goal is to help you release tension and renew your body's natural ability to heal itself. The sessions are conducted in a safe and relaxing environment, allowing you to fully unwind and receive the maximum benefits of this transformative therapy.
