Self-Care Tip: The 3-Minute Re-Set

Take three minutes each day to pause, close your eyes and place one hand on your chest and one on your lower belly. Breathe slowly through your nose and imagine your breath travelling all the way down into your body. With each exhale, consciously soften your shoulders, jaw and stomach.


This brief practice signals safety to your nervous system, reduces stress and helps you reconnect with yourself - especially on the days when life feels busy or overwhelming.
